Premium allows you to manually submit Instagram posts to our visibility networks without requiring prior engagement. This ensures consistent exposure across our creator communities, regardless of account size or posting time. These packages do not include guaranteed engagement or priority reposting.
Auto Drop provides fully automated promotion by automatically distributing each new Instagram post to selected creator groups. These packages do not include guaranteed engagement or priority reposting.
Growth Plans offer fully automated promotion with priority distribution across our creator and influencer network. This includes guaranteed engagement levels and priority reposting to maximize reach, impressions, and visibility on hashtags and the Explore page.
Do you offer discount codes?
Yes, HYPECLOUDFACTORY occasionally offers discount codes that can be used to receive special pricing on our services. These codes are usually shared through our official Update Channel.
By joining our Update Channel, which is accessible via the menu under Communities, you’ll receive updates on new services, announcements, and exclusive discounts or special promotions.
Will I ever be asked to provide my password?
No. We will never ask for your Instagram or Telegram login credentials. Our services operate externally and do not require account access, ensuring your account security at all times.
Do I retain full ownership of my account and content?
Yes. You retain full ownership and control of all accounts and content at all times. We never request login credentials or administrative access.
How is my data protected?

What are the requirements for using the service?
To ensure proper delivery and tracking, specific account requirements apply depending on the service purchased:
Premium: An active Telegram account with a username is required, and the username must remain unchanged during the service period.
Auto Drop & Growth Plans: An Instagram account must remain public for the entire duration of the service.
Keeping all required accounts active, public, and unchanged ensures uninterrupted and accurate service delivery.
Where does the increased visibility come from?

Are the given metrics guaranteed to be achieved?
For our Growth Plans, yes. The stated daily metrics will be achieved for each new post uploaded, exactly as described in the product details. These plans include guaranteed engagement and priority distribution.
Services where the metrics are shown and highlighted as “Up to”*, such as our Premium and Auto Drop packages, do not include guaranteed engagement or priority reposting. The values displayed under these products represent estimated visibility only and should not be interpreted as guaranteed results, as they are calculated based on the maximum possible engagement. We recommend using the selected pool beforehand to gain insight into current activity levels.
Is there any risk when enhancing your engagement?

After Purchase
I placed an order. When will it be activated?
Once an order has been placed, we aim to activate it as soon as possible. Most orders are activated within 24 hours. After successful activation, you will receive a confirmation email. If you haven’t received any email after 24 hours, please check your spam folder.
I entered an incorrect username or URL. What should I do?
If you entered an incorrect username or URL when placing your order, there are a few ways to correct it:

What is the status of my order?
Once your payment is confirmed, your service will be activated as soon as possible. All services are manually processed to ensure quality and compliance with platform guidelines. Activation times may vary depending on the selected plan, campaign size, and current queue volume.
When does my service officially begin?
Your service officially begins once your payment has been successfully received and processed. After your post, campaign, or content has been reviewed, uploaded, or manually placed within our network, the delivery process starts. We aim to activate all services within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
How will I know when my service has been activated?
You will receive an activation email as soon as your service begins. This email includes your official start date and, where applicable, the end date of your service.
When will I receive my invoice or payment confirmation?
An invoice is issued for every order and sent to your email address within 24 hours. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a payment confirmation email. For subscriptions, invoices are issued automatically before each billing cycle.
Can I upgrade my plan after purchase?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time by contacting our support team. Once the upgrade payment is processed, the new plan is activated immediately.
Can I pause my package or plan?
Packages and plans cannot be paused once activated. Each service involves manual setup and continuous processing throughout the billing period. You may cancel before the next renewal date and re-purchase later if needed.
